1. Return Policy (7 Days)

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

⚠️ Returns are accepted ONLY in case of damaged products.
If the product is received in perfect condition, returns or refunds will not be accepted.

2. Damage or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Opening / unboxing video is mandatory
  • The video must be shared via Email or WhatsApp
  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

After verification, we will proceed with a replacement or refund, as applicable.

3. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement is provided only in case of damage
  • Replacement is allowed one time only per order
  • After replacement, no further return or replacement requests will be accepted

4. International Orders

🚫 No returns or refunds are available on international orders.
Please ensure all details are correct before placing an international order.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are initiated only after we receive the returned product
  • Returned items are inspected for damage and condition
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method

⏳ Refund processing time: 7–10 business days after product inspection.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products without damage
  • Products without opening/unboxing video
  • Used, washed, or altered products
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Customized or made-to-order items

7. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Queries sent without opening video will not be eligible for return or replacement.
